Welcome to The Calm Creative Club — a monthly art subscription from Jen Taylor Textured Art.

By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Overview

The Calm Creative Club is a monthly recurring subscription that delivers a curated art package straight to your mailbox. Each shipment may include a printed art piece, sticker, inspirational quote card, and other surprises designed to spark creativity and calm.

When you subscribe, you are enrolling in an automatic renewal program that will continue until you cancel.

2. Billing & Payment Authorization

• Your payment method will be charged automatically on the same date each month based on your original sign-up date.

• All prices are in USD and include standard U.S. shipping unless otherwise noted.

• You authorize JenLaurenTaylor LLC to charge your payment method for recurring monthly payments.

• Applicable taxes and fees will be calculated at checkout.

If your payment method fails, you’ll receive a notification email. Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Monthly packages are shipped between the 1st and 10th of each month.

• Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

• It is your responsibility to provide and maintain an accurate shipping address. Please update your address before the 25th of the previous month to ensure correct delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses, postal delays, or natural events outside our control.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing jenlaurentaylor@gmail.com or through your account portal (if available).

To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Once a payment has been processed and a package prepared for shipment, that month’s order is non-refundable.

5. Refunds & Returns

Because each package is handcrafted and curated in small batches, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after a charge has been processed.

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at jenlaurentaylor@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos.
We will offer a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.

6. Pausing Your Subscription

If you need a short break, you can pause your subscription for one or more months by contacting us at jenlaurentaylor@gmail.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
During a paused period, you will not be billed or receive shipments.

7. Prepaid Subscriptions & Gifts (Optional Section)

For prepaid plans (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month):

• Payment for the entire term is collected upfront.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term unless canceled 7 days before the next renewal date.

• Prepaid plans are non-refundable but may be transferred or gifted upon request.

Gift subscriptions are available — simply check the “gift” option at checkout and include the recipient’s name and address.

8. Subscription Modifications

We may occasionally update pricing, shipping methods, or the contents of the monthly box.
Subscribers will receive at least 30 days’ notice via email prior to any price change taking effect.

9. International Shipping 

At this time, The Calm Creative ships within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout and may vary by region.

10. Policy Updates

This Subscription Policy may be updated periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued participation in the subscription constitutes acceptance of any changes.
